D2S Infrastructures Pvt. Ltd. is a recognized firm in India & Bhutan for all types of Civil Engineering Works especially Bridges. We have made our humble contribution in the development of the infrastructures within India and in neighbouring countries.
With an experience of 41 years of Civil Engineering works comprising of Construction of more than 300 major Bridges in 11 North Eastern and Northern States of the Union of India like, Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Meghalaya, Tripura, Sikkim, the Hills of West Bengal, Uttaranchal to J & K, Bihar and the Royal Kingdom of Bhutan.
We, at D2S, believed that the most stable structures are those that are made by causing the least changes to the environment in which it persists and believe in Sustainable Nation Building, and have proven our worth and capabilities in every structure while handling even the most complex projects.
Our learning over the years has been invaluable, through the highly technical work and the pioneering innovative techniques, that too within strict budgetary restrictions.
For any project to confirm to the desired Social objective of Economy and Efficiency, it is the entire support staff and personnel from the level of the Supervisors and all other Tradesmen engaged in the Construction of any project i.e. the Technicians, the skilled and unskilled labourers, the Mechanics etc. are all required to be rewarded in the same manner as the Project Managers & the Civil Engineers.

Shri D.D. Sharma- Founder and Chairman
Mr D.D. Sharma, our Founder and Chairman, a Doon School, Dehradun Alumni, completed Engineering from B.I.T. Sindri. His experience of 52 years in Bridge Engineering and other Civil Construction works coupled with his Passion for Bridges along with his Scientific, Dynamic and Innovative approach has taken the Company to great technical heights.
Shri D.D. Sharma was recognized with Rashtriya Samman Patra for being one of the Highest Income Tax payee in the Country (in Individual Category).
Shri D.D. Sharma is actively involved in promoting the Engineering Fraternities, and has been Nominated by the Indian Road Congress (IRC) in a number of its Committees such As a Member of the P.S.C. Bridge Committee (B-6), As Member of the Steel Bridge Committee (B-7), the Elected Vice-President, Indian Road Congress, As Member Secretary Disaster Management Committee (G-6), As Member of the Highway Research Board.
He has also been an active member of many Professional Institutions like Institution of Engineers (INDIA), International Council of Consultants, International Association for Bridge & Structure Engineering, Indian Building Congress, Indian Institute of Public Administration, Indian Society of Earthquake Technology, Association of Consulting Civil Engineers, Bangalore, International Tunnelling Association of India, etc.
He has also been awarded with a number of accolades over the years, due to his high regard for professional ethics and desire for engineering innovation and social upliftment. Some notable ones being-

S.K. Chellani Sir- Vice Chairman
Mr. S.K. Chellani, Vice Chairman of the Company has over 46 years of experience in the field of Bridges & Highways. He is a Civil Engineering graduate of 1972 batch & is Fellow of Institution of Engineers India, member Indian Roads Congress, Member Indian Concrete Institute. He was Vice Chairman of Indian National Group of International Association of Bridge & Structural Engineering.
He has been instrumental in successful mechanisation of the operation of the company.
Before joining the company in 2006 he has worked as Chief Executive & Director of Construma Consultancy Pvt. Ltd., General Manager of Usha Martin Industries Civil Engineering Division, Project Manager of Gammon India Ltd. & U.P. State Bridge Corporation Ltd. He has been involved with many prestigious Projects a across the country & Bhutan.

B.K. Barman- Managing Director
Shri B. K. Barman who were earlier working as Senior Project Manager and presently as Managing Director serving the company since 2004. He served under the earlier name of the company M/s D. D. Sharma for the 40 years since joining. He has managed almost all official works., from Technical and non-Technical works in head office as well as various sites.
He also served as site manager cum Technical officer for execution of various different sites of bridge works of the company earlier known as M/s D. D. Sharma as more than 40 major bridges including ROBs, in different parts in Assam, Nagaland, Manipur, Arunachal Pradesh, Bhutan, Sikkim, J&K under APWD MORT&H and BRO. He has a vast experience of executing bridges with well foundation, DMC Piles and fabrication and erection of steel superstructure, and PS Concrete Superstructures.
He is dedicated and honest human being. Who is one of the most experienced site executive in the N.E. region.
Mr. A. K. Bharali- Senior Design Engineer
Mr A. K. Bharali is our Senior Design Engineer has been working in D2S Infrastructures Pvt. Ltd. since July.2011 after retirement from Assam P.W.D. He also served in the Police House Corporation for a short spell as Chief Engineer. He has graduated in Civil Engineer and later completed Post Graduate in Soil Mechanics and Foundation Engineering. Before joining the company he worked in various capacities in Assam P.W.D. until he retired as Addl. Chief Engineer P.W.D. Eastern Zone Dibrugarh. During his period of Service in the P.W.D. he had exclusively dealt with Bridge and Road Works executed under Assam P.W.D. Since his joining the company he has been engaged in the management of bridge design works under APWD till its approval from higher authority in PWD as well as from IIT Guwahati. His vast experience in handling the all various Projects particularly ROB (Nalbari ROB) and Sadarghat Bridge, Badrighat Bridge.
Yogendra Sing- Project Director
Mr Yongendra Singh has been working in D2S Infrastructures Pvt. Ltd. since July 2013 after retirement from UP PWD. He has handled Large Projects (Including Housing Projects, Bridges and Approach work) From Concept to Completion and possesses knowledge of relevant codes & Specification.
He has an experience of more than 45 years in Civil Engineering and handled various projects in India and Abroad. He was an employee of Government of UP PWD and he has gone in deputation to UP State bridge Corporation. While working with UP Sate Bridge Corporation he has gained expertise during the construction of 2nd Creek Bridge Thane (Mumbai) for construction of 6 Lane bridge In Thane Creek. He was involved in Mumbai Metro Rail Project as a Sr. Deputy Project Manager in SBW Infrastructures Mumbai and Railway Bridges as Deputy General Manager (Projects) in Apex Encon Projects Mumbai. He was also responsible for Road widening, strengthening of Mumbai - Pune Expressway including major Bridges , Flyovers, Underpass as Project Director in J M Mahatre Infrastructures, Mumbai
During the service period in he has worked in Iraq from 1979 to 1983 as a Site Engineer under UP State Bridge Corporation. He joined us full time as a project director in Major Bridge in Bhutan in D2S Infrastructures Pvt. Ltd from July 2013 to August 2014.
